Tamar Valley Film Festival – Online Streaming Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with purchase.
2. Eligibility You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement. The festival’s online content may include coarse language, adult themes, violence, and other sensitive or potentially triggering material.
3. Subscription & Access Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to all films in the 2026 Tamar Valley Film Festival online program. Access is available from Friday 29 May 2026 at 6:00am AEST to Sunday 31 May 2026 at 11:59pm AEST only. No access will be available outside these dates.
4. Pricing & Payment Subscriptions are a one-off fee charged in Australian dollars (AUD). The fee covers access to all available films; individual film pricing does not apply. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds As this is a time-limited digital product, subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
6. Acceptable Use Your subscription is for personal, private viewing only. You must not share your login credentials, stream publicly, record, reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise deal with any content in an unauthorised manner. Doing so may constitute a breach of copyright.
7. Intellectual Property All films and associated content remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. No rights are transferred to you by virtue of your subscription.
8. Technical Access We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available during the access window. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control (e.g. your internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party service outages). No refund is provided for technical issues on the subscriber’s end.
9. Privacy Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of managing your subscription and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law. We handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tasmanian courts.
